If you lose access to your WhatsApp, simply log in to our website using your email and password to instantly pause all your contributions,your group members will be automatically notified that your payments have been halted.
No. Grupy never has access to your banking details. All payouts are securely processed using a licensed third-party payment gateway.
When creating a group you can choose to split it equally or unevenly, the Grupy Bot automatically sends a WhatsApp payment request to each group member detailing their exact share. Once they accept the request they are directed to a secure online payment checkout to make the payment.

If a group goal is not fully funded by the set deadline, the collection is closed. All funds currently held in the secure third-party escrow account will be automatically and safely refunded to the original contributors without any penalty

Creating a group for short term expenses is completely free. We charge a minimal fee of R10 per person per transaction for long-term savings.
You can request a refund with the Grupy Bot as long as the total contribution amount hasn't been settled yet
